Renew by March 31, 2027
SEPA members should renew by March 31, 2027, to keep membership current for the renewal cycle.
Renewing by the deadline helps ensure your company continues receiving SEPA member communications, event updates, renewal notices, directory visibility, advocacy information, and association resources without interruption.

Choose How to Renew
Current members can renew through Alliance360 or by using the appropriate PDF renewal or application form. The best option depends on your membership category and how you prefer to submit your information.
Renew Through Alliance360
Members can use Alliance360 to access their account, review membership information, and complete renewal steps online.
Renew With PDF Forms
Members may also renew using the appropriate PDF form. Independent Marketers should use the form for the state where the company is headquartered: North Carolina, South Carolina, or Georgia.
Not Sure Which Path to Use?
Use the SEPA contact form and select “Renewal or login help.” SEPA will route your question to the right team member.
Update Company, Location, and Directory Information
Renewal is also the right time to confirm that SEPA has accurate company and location information on file. This is especially important for companies with multiple retail locations, bulk plants, or recent changes to operations.
During renewal, please review and update:
Company name
Billing contact
Office phone number
Retail locations
Directory listing information
Any other requested membership-year details
Primary contact
Mailing address
Headquarters state
Bulk plant locations
Accurate information helps SEPA maintain member records, support directory updates, calculate dues properly, and communicate with the right people at your company.
What to Review Before You Submit
Before submitting your renewal through Alliance360 or by PDF, take a few minutes to confirm that your information is complete.
Confirm Your Membership Category
Make sure your renewal matches the correct category: Multi-State Marketer, Independent Marketer, Affiliate Member or Supplier, Out-of-State Marketer, or Individual Member.
Confirm Your Dues
Fixed-dues categories should confirm the current amount. Independent Marketers should calculate dues using the current dues chart and state-specific form.
Confirm Your Contact Information
Review your company contact, billing contact, email, phone, and mailing address so SEPA can reach the right person with membership notices and event information.
Confirm Your Locations
Independent Marketers should confirm retail and bulk plant locations so SEPA can maintain accurate records and directory information.

Yes. Affiliate Member or Supplier dues are $950, Out-of-State Marketer dues are $250, and Individual Member dues are $90. Multi-State Marketer dues are paid through NPGA.
