How do I join SEPA?
Visit the Membership page to review membership categories, dues information, eligibility, sponsorship opportunities, and application guidance. If you have questions before applying, use the contact form and select “Membership.”
How do I renew my SEPA membership?
Visit the Renew Membership page to review renewal steps, member dashboard guidance, dues information, state-specific forms, and company update reminders.
Who should I contact about code or compliance questions?
Use the contact form and select “Code or Compliance.” SEPA will route your question internally.
I forgot my member login. What should I do?
Use the member dashboard password reset option. If you still need help, use the contact form and select “Renewal or Login Help.”
Where should invoices or checks be sent?
Use the current invoice or payment instructions provided by SEPA. If you have a question about payment, invoices, or check mailing details, select “Invoices or Payments” on the contact form.
How do I get involved with a SEPA committee?
