It’s that time of year again! As we approach the new year, we would like to thank all of you for your continued support and participation in our organization. We hope that you have found value in your membership, and we’re excited to invite you to renew your membership with the Southeast Propane Alliance for 2026.
Renewing is simple and convenient:
Fill out the form digitally: Follow this link to get to your Member Dashboard. If you haven’t logged in yet, or forgot your password, visit this link to reset your password. Please note: only the email address that you receive this email at will have log in access. If you have received this, you are listed as the primary or billing contact. If you need a new contact to be listed in either slot, please reach out to Member Services Manager Alannah to make this change.
If you have had any changes in retail or bulk plant locations from 2025 application, please complete this form with ALL bulk plant data and submit via email to agarvey@southeastpropane.org
Please submit your completed renewal and payment as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: This year, we are continuing to use state-specific Marketer renewal forms to better align with state PAC donation requirements. On the marketer renewal form, you will see a drop-down menu with NC, SC, & GA as options. Please complete the form specific to the state where your company’s headquarters is located. This ensures compliance with state guidelines and proper allocation of PAC contributions. Thank you for your attention to this important update!
