The Southeast Propane Alliance Technical Education Center is a 10,000 sq ft facility in Graham, North Carolina. It offers industry-led, employer-driven training in propane, from service technician training to CDL B delivery driver training.

Southeast Propane Alliance members have collaborated to solve industry workforce development challenges. The training provided at SEPATEC includes CETP training with skills assessments, CDL B Delivery Driver training resulting in CDL license, Basic, Bobtail, and Hazmat certifications.
