We’re here to help. We’re now offering doubled rebates for those affected by Hurricane Helene to ease your recovery.

In late September, Hurricane Helene brought significant destruction to the Southeastern region of the United States, leaving many residents struggling to find normalcy again. We understand how difficult this time is for the people of North Carolina, and we want you to know that we are here to support you. Our commitment to helping our communities rebuild and recover is stronger than ever. To make a meaningful difference, we are doubling all propane rebates, ensuring that your investment in a new propane appliance can provide even more assistance as you work to restore your home and regain a sense of stability. Together, we will overcome these challenges.

Counties Eligible for Bigger Rebates

Residents of the following counties eligible for increased rebates include Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Avery, Buncombe, Burke, Caldwell, Catawba, Clay, Cleveland, Gaston, Haywood, Henderson, Jackson, Lincoln, Macon, Madison, McDowell, Mitchell, Polk, Rutherford, Transylvania, Watauga, Wilkes, and Yancey. By providing resources and assistance through these rebate opportunities, we are dedicated to helping these counties rebuild their communities and homes.

A North Carolina propane marketer must submit rebate applications. Eligible residents are encouraged to contact their local propane dealer to initiate the application process. Double rebates are effective from October 10, 2024 to December 31, 2024 or while funds last.
